🐛 Matomo on GovTool is not working #2326

Context

I was trying to get some metrics and was unable to.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Matomo dashboard URL

Actual behavior

Matomo dashboard doesnt load and there is an error instead: "The configuration file {/var/www/html/config/config.ini.php} has not been found or could not be read."

Expected behavior

Matomo dashboard should load.

@bosko-m We had the same issue before... @kubet can take a look when he is back from PTO

This is now resolved. There will be a gap in the analytics due to the db connection being reset. Also updated it to the latest version of 5.1.2. Setting up notifications for if and when it goes down again is raised here - #2371 FYI @m-i-k-e
