Context

Sometimes the voting transaction composition fails citing bad specs when wrong UTXOs are selected to compose the transaction.

Steps to reproduce

Reproduction is a bit difficult. This happens when there are multiple single Ada UTXOs and these are UTXOs are selected on transaction composition.

  1. Go to any Gov Action that can be voted on
  2. As a DRep vote on the Gov Action
  3. If the transaction composition fails, you'll see an error message with bad specs error.

Actual behavior

The transaction composition fails thus failing the user to vote on the gov action.

Expected behavior

The transaction composition is successful and thus the voting
