This PR removes one section from the Plutus platform page -- just the content starting with the heading "Why we call it a platform" including the diagram. This content is badly outdated and is incorrect. Simply removing it will be an important update so that we don't communicate badly outdated information. For example, we no longer support the PAB and there is no longer a Plutus Playground.
