This PR includes a Mac OS menu bar application for #4.

@tobyjoe Swift really isn't my strong suit yet. There are obvious things that could be improved:

Includes no tests
Doesn't really do much error handling
Needs more comments
Should incorporate the time since last brewed
Doesn't update if it can't reach GAE

I will add more comments and possibly some error handling but do you think you could take a look and let me know if there's anything obviously broken?

This has been sitting for a while. I don't consider it complete but it is as complete as it is going to get right now!
