Support latest Strimzi/Kafka pair for Kafka operator based provisioning #34

Intersmash is about to support operator based provisioning for Kafka, but the tested version of the Strimzi library (which provides the Kafka operator) and Kafka would not be the latest one (0.34. and 3.4. respectively).

This issue is to track the effort needed for supporting the latest version for the pair Strimzi/Kafka.

Seems not valid, we need to check whether this is already implemented first, as it seems no w by looking at the Kafka versions used.

This issue is now outdated, and will be closed since Intersmash supports Kafka 3.6.x

Maintenance tasks for keeping the provisioning rolling support for the latest projects version will be tracked differently.
