Voice channel timer announcement #45

Hi! I really enjoy your bot as it really helps my friends and I whenever we have study sessions though I just wanted to suggest or ask if it would be possible to add a voice announcement whenever the timer would end and begin?

From my experience, it's quite easy to miss the moments whenever the bot would enter the voice channel to indicate whenever either a study interval would finish or begin since it usually just makes a beep and that's it. I think it would be cool if a general automated sound bite like "Study interval ended. Time to take a break." whenever the session would end and "The break has ended. The next study interval will begin." whenever a session would begin would play whenever the timer would start or end.

Thanks for the suggestion skhnsace! We are definitely intending to allow customisable voice alerts, and having an automatic speech alert is a great idea!
