SQL files should not be in docs #20

Similar to #16 (following the debian package policy) the SQL files should not be placed under /usr/share/doc since they are used for post processing. As the policy states the file should be installed e.g. under /usr/share/packages and then symlinked.

If the purpose of a package is to provide examples, then the example files may be installed into /usr/share/doc/package
