Apache2 Example: log messages should go to fody-backend-error.log #6

With the current https://github.com/Intevation/intelmq-fody-backend/blob/master/config/apache-example/001-fody.conf on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS log messages like INFO go to error.log but not the specialised log that is configured.

@swilde any ideas?
