Export charts for printing: improves page positioning #41

1b647f165d39f009eb750cc0e383ca93d3438391 (0.3.0-dev) will translate the chart to the right which inkscape and libreoffice do not honor.

So if the chart is to be taken into a document it has to be shifted slightly to fix the page

Inkscape will issue something like

Invalid style property id: 4 value: translate(40px, 20px)
