it doesnt accept my pass and doesnt check mails.what is the solution?

what is your system ? run "uname -a" and post back here
how did you made the install ?
do you have any error when adding the plasmoid ?
what version of kde are you running ? (run kinfocenter)
do you use any special firewall ?
can you run the plasmoid with the command plasmawindowed org.kde.plasma.ultimategmailfeed try to connect and report back the result and also what is outputted on the terminal while the connection fail
