Make signing in required #1

can you make it a requirement to sign in to an IYNA account to view all resources (myelin, journal, databases, etc.)?

Do we want to show previews of resources? If we show empty lists for everything everywhere, people might not understand how many resources there are, and might not want to sign up.

is there a way that they can see the resource, but not be able to read it until they sign in. like, maybe they see "slide show for 2.01", but when they click it, they are prompted to sign in? same for journal, they can see issues, but when they click it, they need to sign in to actually read it

Sure, but it'll be bypassable for users who know how to code, and for resources, it'll be just making the links not work
