Hi @vonlugersbutter! Could you start by providing the content for the landing page and the FAQs and the testimonials? Also, if I may make a recommendation, I think it might be better to put all the FAQs and testimonials on the landing page and then have the database on a second page, thus reducing the number rot pages
Sure! So for the Testimonials, we still have to collect them from members and will continue to add them, so can it be a webpage that we can add to? Sort of like how chapter executives can edit chapter webpages. For the Database FAQs, it would be questions such as "What are these resources for?", "How are they collected?", and "Who are they geared towards?". Again, this is something that I'd like to continuously add to, so can it be like the chapter webpages? Same thing with Studying Neuroscience FAQs, which would include questions like "How can I get more involved with neuroscience initiatives?" and "What's the best type of resource to use for, let's say, someone who prefers audio learning?". If you need concrete question and answers to put, then the team and I can start making some. The above is just the general idea of what content is included in the pages, but if you need something more concrete, then let me know and we can start working on that.
Also, your recommendations sounds good to me; I think reducing how many pages there are is a good idea!
We can put in a system where you can manage testimonials and FAQ items from the DB.
Testimonials will contain the fields "content" and "name"
FAQs will contain the fields
"question", "answer", and "type". For answer, we can provide a rich text editor so you can have embeds and stuff.
Any other data you'd like to be able to manage? If any other text or content needs to be on this webpage, it will need to be provided.
Those fields are great, and they'll be completely fine for the FAQs and testimonials. I don't think there's any other data that needs to be managed, or any other text or content.
I still need all the text and content that you want to have on the site.
The rest of the team and I are working on completing the content for it, and I'll get it to you asap
I'm Ayesha, the resources department director (I realized that my username isn't my name)
For the resources page on the website, instead of it going directly to the database, can it go to a central page with the following links on it? And each of the following links is its own webpage.
