Updated VS Item template #135

Just an updated Migration.zip in migratordotnet-0.8.0\doc\extras\VS.NET
Template

Fixed the attribute and base class values. 

Defaulted the version to the $year$. Doesn't look like vs supports a
formatted datetime.

Removed the method bodies.

Sorry, I didn't have time to do a normal patch.

Really liking this project, nice work.

This looks good. It would be really nice if we had a template that could 
generate a
more accurate time value for the version number. I think the only real option 
here is
to create a wizard or use a third-party project that allows you to use T4 for 
you
item templates.
