Filter tag - no code completion dialog on first char of the filter name #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create a filter tag {% filter %}
2.place caret before last % sign
3.type a character

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a filter code completion should be shown. No code completion dialog
