Showing blocks inheritance in dropdown #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type the block tag in one of the inherited templates
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The idea is to show all available overriding options in a dropdown menu.
It might look like:
"b1, inherited from 'base.django'"
"b4, inherited from 'case_details.django', 'base.django'"
...
