Add Django View Error #71

1. Right click on "Views" directory in ASP.NET MVC 3 project.
2. Choose "Add Django View"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a UI for adding a view show up or a file is added to the 
directory.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ndjango 0.9.9.0, Windows 7 Ultimate, Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.
I followed the steps at 
http://ndjango.org/index.php?title=Downloads#Visual_Studio_2010_RC.2F.NET_4.0 
to try to get the FSPowerPack referenced in the error message.  The link for 
downloading the referenced file is no longer valid:
