fs:// protocol doesnt alert when the specified folder is not a module #113

if the folder doesnt exist, you still get past genesis, fails at add module.

if the folder exists but doesnt contain a schema, addModule works, but getting the schema fails, in nexus.

Part of a larger issue, module validation should occur when genesis first get a hold of one.
