Miner glitches out and keeps lasering the same rock forever

Description

Playing industry mode got a miner that's just sitting there mining away and never leaving or picking anything up. Got a huge pile of ore around it

Is it something that used to work before?

Most miners don't have this problem

Expected behavior

Miner comes in mines a bit and its drones pick up some stuff and it leaves

Actual behavior

Miner sits there picking away at the mineral deposit forever

Repro steps

Not sure how this happens, most miners are ok

I noticed that there are two logistic drones that I assume belong to the minig ship that are not doing anything

Adding that it seems to only happen in the Stargate system

This is sort of related to this issue where the miners will now stay in the system until they run out of gas and everyone dies!
