Hydroponic garden won't grow #293

Description

Sometimes a hydroponic garden refuses to work, possibly when it's in a corner or something. They don't have the yellow hatched indicator for working spaces when you install them so there is no clear indication of what shouldn't be blocked, but something still seems to hamper them. This example has plenty of water, compost and seeds but only the lower garden of the two is growing:

Is it something that used to work before?

Actually Alpha 10! The Github needs updating! And no, this has been a problem for a while.

Expected behavior

Hydroponic garden should work if resourced.

Actual behavior

One is stuck.

Thanks; any pointers on what caused this, to help me check it when the update comes out? Did certain squares need to be clear, or did the device just get stuck sometimes?

Confirmed this looks fixed.
