Description

I notice when I queue a lot of logistics transfers up, well into 200's (so I don't have to keep doing it when I arrive with more booty), any items that are containers that hold, I'll call them liquids, like deuterium, will not get inserted into loaders because they're being held for a ship transfer instead. I'd like to be able to prioritize a loader over a ship transfer. I'd also like to be able to prioritize storage spaces, so if I have two isotope locations, I can prioritize which one gets populated over the other.

There are other things that need priority controls like this, like which order to repair things in; I often wait ages for crew to fix Hull Breaches because they're fiddling with something way less important.
