When i opened the construction menu, and went to select an option (install equipment, for example), i quickly noticed that not only was the click registered by the construction menu, but also by the Contracts List on the left of the screen. which in turn opened the contracts window. This should not be happening, for what i hope are obvious reasons.
PS: I have tested this a little bit more, and it happens with the storage zone designation window too. This leads me to believe that it is a more generalized issue with the UI behaviour as a whole.

Expected behavior
When opening the construction menu, and go to select an option, only the construction menu should be interacted with, with the contracts list/sidebar remaining still and without being triggered.
Actual behavior
When opening the construction menu, and selecting an option, not only is the construction menu interacted with, but also the contracts list/sidebar is triggered under it, thus opening the contracts window in the process. This is, to put it bluntly, very annoying and cumbersome to deal with.
Repro steps
1: Get enough contracts so as to extend the list down to the relevant height.
2: Open the construction menu and select an option.
3: Watch as the Contracts window sticks its nose where it don't belong.
