Add all resources to creative mode spawnables #312

Description

As it says on the tin, there are resources missing from creative mode, and some still existing that do nothing in A10 (energy cells?)

Creative mode should have all resources that exist in the game as something we can spawn, if it can be in a container in the regular game (looking at things like hyperspace isotopes, metreon gas etc.) or something we can create (tilium crystals) it should be spawnable. Some mineables are missing too, like water ice, and precious minerals.

I heard of a widget that could convert Energy Cells to power, I think the wiki mentioned it. Never seen one though. I also harvested Energy Cells from destroyed Meteors once, though that feature may have been deleted. You can just sell them as a Trade item in the meantime.

yeah it was something to with a Generator, but other than selling them they're useless now

The Generator (available through editing the save file—easiest way is to just add them as incoming trade) is able to load and unload Energy Cells from a ship's powergrid. It may have marginal utility as a form of energy storage with higher density than a battery. (A battery, capable of storing 1k power, takes 6 tiles; 4 energy cells + a generator uses the same footprint to store 4k power.)

Interesting. Guess this has utility as an emergency top-up for attack boats, e.g. when my ship fires too many full volleys from its Railguns and drains the batteries. Wouldn't replace normal batteries for general capacity as it would be too fiddly manually filling and emptying each generator.
