Dark mode for map

Description

BlueSky on the Steam forum has observed that switching to the (quite bright) map from the (quite dark) entire rest of the game and back again can be very unpleasant, and I don't disagree. Could we get an option to switch the map to a dark mode to smooth the experience out? (I say option because I do really like how the map currently looks and don't want it replaced in its entirety.)

Probably good from an accessibility standpoint, not that it bothers me.
