During the tutorial where it asks you to assign FTL charges using storage, it bugs out slightly.

Is it something that used to work before?

Probably not, just look at Chris Delay's track record.

Expected behavior

The dotted line should either do something else or ask you to scroll back up to add storage for the FTL drives.

Actual behavior

The dotted line and square for the FTL charge storage is progressively getting higher until it's off screen.

Repro steps

1. Go to the part of the tutorial where you're asked to add FTL charge storage.
2. Enter the storage menu and scroll down
3. Witness the dotted line increasing in angle and the rectangle surrounding the FTL charge in the storage menu getting so high it goes off screen.

I experienced something similar, switching around equipment while being in the mining tutorial. It appears that the tutorial highlight is drawn on the initial position of the objective, ignoring any subsequent changes.
