Universal app? #1

I was wondering if it should be a WP 8.1 universal app so that features could be across the windows ecosystem.

Agreed, I wasn't sure upon initial creation but after switching to Windows 8.1 it seems that it can be universal.

yeah, universal is nice for some apps, but it can make things slightly more complicated. I think it would be good here though
