Add attachment tags, task.settopic and change get to post #35

In the current implementation a message bigger than 4kb breaks as it tries to send all the information as get parameters.

I changed it to use post (and fixed the post message building).
Added Channel Set Topic to SlackTaskClient.
Added missing attributes in Attachment.

I have not been ignoring you, unfortunately I've been on the road and extremely busy all week and likely won't have any weekends available for at least two weeks. I'll try to look through this throughout the upcoming weeks as time permits.
