Admin: Tooltips #148

Entities should have some way to learn about them in the Admin Panel. For example, a small "?" could be displayed next to an entity. On hoover an informative tooltip would pop up.

Yes! Was also thinking about this, would be also useful to hint/showcase more advanced functionality
