Improve the recipe creation screen dropdown #189

Let's use flowbite's component for the dropdown, and display categories (in the correct order) initially, with their products (in the correct order) displaying after hovering over the category - as in the example https://flowbite-svelte.com/docs/components/dropdown#Multi-level_dropdown
