Create a data management plan for the project

Basic elements of the data flow:

• literature databases, e.g. Crossref
• annotations by ecologists of publications indexed in such literature databases
• mapping of the annotations to invasion biology hypotheses
• description of the hypotheses in terms of a suitable ontology
• integration of the ontology into Wikidata
• publication of hypotheses in a machine-readable fashion
• exposure of the data to BASE via OAI-PMH
• visualization of hypotheses via Scholia and/ or Open Knowledge Maps

A first version of the plan now exists in ARGOS. It is not public yet though.
