The plugin will not load in and are red in /pl!

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Red marked in plugin list when i check with /pl

What were you expecting to happen? What happened instead? Naffing happend, i trying to install the plugin only.

Do you have an error log? Use pastebin.com. If you're not sure, upload your whole server log

Did your client crash? Upload errors in .minecraft/logs/latest.log as well
