Does not work under 1.16.4 in Unix but works with Windows 10

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start server it all seems fine but as soon as you log on you get a lot of Java errors in the Unix server but no errors running a local server on Windows 10 Tried both Spigot 1.16.4 and Paper 1.16.4 latest builds. It does work in Spigot 1.16.3

What were you expecting to happen? What happened instead?

What version of the plugin are you using? Type /version <Plugin Name>

What Spigot version are you using? Type /version

What plugins are you using? Type /plugins

Do you have an error log? Use pastebin.com. If you're not sure, upload your whole server log

Did your client crash? Upload errors in .minecraft/logs/latest.log as well

Additional information? (Are you using Bungeecord? Did it work in previous versions? etc.)
