Disappearing frames after death (paper 1.12.2) [BUG] #198

Hey i have a (HOSTED) SkyPvP server and i always have this issue when a player dead he cant see the animated frames on the item frames, only an empty item frame. this can happen in random places with different animations, i have uploaded images for you to understand better

I think its happening because of the high frames used in the server. i tried to reduce the amount of the item frames and it works great. which is weird because the server has 6GB of ram and only close to 3 used
