Item frames apear as just the map item #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Use the plugin
  2. have a decent player count

What were you expecting to happen? What happened instead?

I was expecting for the maps to show up normally. But they showed up as the item

What version of the plugin are you using? Type /version <Plugin Name>

4.12.1-SNAPSHOT

What Spigot version are you using? Type /version

paper 282 (1.16.4)

Do you have an error log? Use pastebin.com. If you're not sure, upload your whole server log

None

Did your client crash? Upload errors in .minecraft/logs/latest.log as well

No

Additional information? (Are you using Bungeecord? Did it work in previous versions? etc.)

I'm using bungeecord didn't change anything about it it just happened when a decent amount of players went online

Update: Sometimes a few players do see the item frames, but most of them don't
