Filesize Limit #214

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the plugin doesn't enforce any sort of file size limits for downloads, I was able to download a 10GB Test file (Which wasn't even an image) which then just sits cached on my server taking up space.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to have a configurable option in the settings to limit the file size, either through pre-download verification, or post-download checking.

Describe alternatives you've considered We are currently looking at forking the plugin to maintain this and other bespoke functionality ourselves, or having a script on the host to just delete files over a set size, neither of which are great options long term, the latter probably breaking the plugin functionality.

Additional context Without the functionality, it leaves the plugin open to easily being used to fill up the file system on a server, and thus breaking everything.

Is this still relevant? If so, what is blocking it? Is there anything you can do to help move it forward?
