1.13.2 doesn't load #109

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Upload the plugin & requirements to paperspigot 1.13.2 server
  2. Start the server
  3. This error sends: https://hatebin.com/kfwikjpndy

What were you expecting to happen? What happened instead?

The plugin to start It disabled

I'm using Flamecord & it works on paperspigot 1.8.8
