Rename types and functions to make the library easier to understand

Currently some types and methods are named inconsistently. We can do a mass replace in a single PR once we’ve finished everything else.

Here are some broad kinds of changes we could make:

• consistent naming of each set of config types:
  • similar names for config types and the traits they implement
  • distinct names for the two sets of config types: iris dimensions and encoding/polynomial
• consistent naming of trait convenience methods

Specific name changes:

• [ ] IrisBits etc to FullDim ???
• [ ] all YasheConf methods should have the same word order: TODO bn methods
