Parse abbreviations in WU responses #25

Added a function in app.js to parse the abbreviations in the Weather Underground responses to the full text (for example km/h become 'kilometer per uur'). Dont mind the deletions in the pull request. It's my code editor cleaning up some stuff automatically. Just look at the additions.

v0.3.0 staat op github, zin om die te testen? :)

Hij installeert dan wel naast de huidige installatie: Weather Underground2

Jawel, maar weet even niet wanneer ik daar aan toe kom dus ga er niet op zitten wachten. Kan morgen zijn maar kan ook een week duren.

Je mag overigens bij de credits voor deze PR voor versie 0.3 Erik van Dongen vermelden ipv mijn naam. Hij heeft de code geschreven voor het parsen van tekst om afkortingen om te zetten naar de volledige tekst, zie https://github.com/irritanterik/homey-parse-speech. Ik heb het slechts geintegreerd .. ;-)
