File storage fails to recognize files with valid launch IDs #107

Merge API contract has changed in java-client 1.5+. And not it is in non consistent state. ID for created launch is represented as HEX string, but merge request requires launch IDs of Long type.

Fix will be possible after launch IDs will be the same type. I assume future java-client releases will fix it.

Fixed. Will be available in 1.5.0+. Fix applies only to java-client 5+ so it will be compatible only with RP 5 and newer.
