1) start 1 KH( client 1)
2) create an identity
3) close it
4) start another KH( client 2)
5) create an identity and send mail to the identity created in step 2
6) The message goes to outbox.
7) now start client 1 again.
Even if we start client 1 again, messages in client 1 are still in outbox.
