auto refresh doesn't occur on blocking/unblocking a contact #386

Steps to reproduce:

1) check out "Enable filter blocked contacts" 2) in show contacts-> Unblock a contact.

This contact doesn't refresh to "Unauthorized"

Tested in Debian and is always reproducible.
