Steps to reproduce
1)Start 2 KH
2) Add Identities to each other.
3) send contact authorization from 1 client to another.
4) Now block this request.
If we do show contact then I am able to see the blocked contact, even if the option "Enable filter blocked contact" is checked. and on clicking it, the contact list disappears.
