ContactsTable::setShowBlocked(..) should be called only when "Show blocked contacts"/"Show contacts" menu is selected. #398

ContactsTable::setShowBlocked(..) shouldn't be called when a user select the contact in the contact list.

Also ContactsTable::setShowBlocked(..) is called three times after selected the contact. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select some contact
  2. Select "Show contacts" menu contact option setShowBlocked(...) is called three times
