bad update of contact list header #400

Steps to reproduce: 1) select show all blocked contents. 2) Then go to Option-> uncheck the "Enable filter blocked contacts"

Now whole contacts list is shown, but contact list header shows blocked contact list.

Another scenario: 1) Option-> uncheck the "Enable filter blocked contacts" 2) select show all contacts. select a blocked contact 3) Then go to Option-> check in "Enable filter blocked contacts"

Now blocked contacts list is shown, but blocked contact list header shows contact list.

Tested in Debian and is always reproducible.
