Steps to reproduce:
1) disconnect from mail_server(e.g. No network and stop mail_server)
2) create 2 identities.
3) send 2 mails from identity-1 and save 2 drafts from identity-1
4) Now delete identity-1.
Drafts shows 6 Unread/ 4 All. It should be 4 unread/ 4 All
