Reply, Reply All and Forward gets enabled in Menu Bar once an identity is created #410

Steps to reproduce: 1) start KH. 2) go to contacts list 3) create and identity

Now go to Menu bar Mail-> Reply, Reply All, Forward. They are all activated.

Tested in Debian and is always reproducible.
