Changelog:

Add Settings window: In the settings menu you can customize these properties
- Basic: Mode, Protocol, Enable UDP and Run automatically at startup.
- Port: Proxy, TUN and Test.
- TUN: Device IP and DNS.
- Log: Log level and Log path
- Application and Core version can be found in about window.
- Fix some bugs and improvement.
