This is not directly related to the BO3MacFix. This is caused by the custom mod/map creator not setting the build language to “all” in the options of the BO3 mod tools launcher. Either inform the mod/map creator of this, or make a copy of the existing language-specific files of the custom mod/map and rename them to the needed names for your game language as suggested in guides such as this one: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=780494701
