Custom maps not loading

When loading into a custom map the loading screen comes up but never fully loads the map in, my fps always drops to around 27 but the game keeps running, then crashes. The maps just won't load in???

EDIT: I have been able to load into most custom maps, but for ones like call of the dead remake it just does the same thing??
