Wii Les Paul w/ RetroCult Adapter - Many notes dropping/not reading #80

I have gotten my guitar showing up in game, and all notes press down correctly, but either strumming is extremely strict or there is a problem with the strum bar, will also note that the strum bar pulls up the emote wheel but unsure if that's an issue or not.

I think it's a fornite problem cause somehow you can't strum and fret at the same time, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but not pretty sure tho.

The way I solved it was having a 100ms of input lag and strum very early

The strumming in this game is pretty strict - they have no "strum-before-forming" window, so you can't strum slightly before your fingers are fully on the frets like has been the case since Guitar Hero 1. Maybe you're just running into that.

It takes some getting used to, you might have to recalibrate a few times and manually adjust your offsets to get comfortable with it, especially if you're coming from a game like Clone Hero where you don't have to hit the notes

@jorgeramon Are you using a PS3 guitar? I've heard some people have issues with those.

I see, this is basically a Coyote Jump for guitar games lol and totally makes sense to me. As I said I had to recalibrate by strumming earlier so I can fret before strumming properly.

I'm using an Arduino guitar with max pool rate.

I haven't tested again, but its seeming like this is the answer as its just difficultly strumming but is still seems functional.
