Hello! I found this project from another user online while doing some research on making my own low-level Wii emulator. This project would be extremely valuable to me and the entire Wii Linux team, as Dolphin will not run MINI, a requirement for booting Linux with full hardware support. A completed version of this emulator would be invalauble for development, as it would allow working remotely.
Here's some things that I can bring to the table:
A Wii with boot1d (BootMii doesn't know, this is according to the hash in xyzzy) & boot2v4
physical USB gecko
Decent experience with the Wii hardware
Heavy experience with programming in C and x86 assembly
Multiple x86_64 Linux devices
An ARM64 Linux device
Please let me know of anything I can do to be of assistance in getting this emulator in a more finished state.
